JAMESTOWN-Sixteen months ago he was charged with possession of Heroin; Friday Jeffrey Myers,(shown above) 50, no street address listed, Jamestown, was charged with possession of methamphetamine.
Myers was a passenger in a car driven by Henry Myers, 49, also of Jamestown, which was pulled over near UPMC-WCA Hospital by city officers at 7:31 Friday evening after allegedly failing to signal a turn.
Both men were subsequently charged with 2nd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after police found a total of nearly three ounces of methamphetamine on Jeffrey in the vehicle.
Jeffrey Myers was previously charged with 3rd degree possession of a controlled substance after police found 85 bags of Heroin at a W. 9th St. residence Nov. 5, 2016.
In this latest arrest JPD reports also finding about $2,000 cash, seven bags of Heroin, a portable scale and 4.2 grams of marijuana. Police also say Henry Myers was driving with a suspended license.
