MAYVILLE-Donald Fiebelkorn, 46, Stockton, is in the county jail with no bail set after he allegedly choked and then threatened to kill a victim with a baseball bat shortly before midnight Monday according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.

Fiebelkorn disabled all phones in a Bowers Road residence to prevent a 9-1-1 call by the victim, and then fled in the victim’s car, according to investigating deputies.

Early Tuesday morning deputies report locating Fiebelkorn who was driving with a suspended license and also intoxicated.

Firbelkorn is charged with 2nd degree menacing, felony DWI, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, criminal obstruction of breathing and two counts of criminal mischief.
